We hope that you have been enjoying our outdoor training sessions during the last two weeks. If you haven't joined in lately, then don't worry, you are more than welcome to come next time. We hope that by meeting our coaches face to face in the Spring sunshine, we can offer you the motivation, expertise and support to get you more active more often.
As this Monday 3rd May is a Bank Holiday we will not be hosting a training session. Training will resume from Friday onwards and will continue to take place at the Mill Lane Recreation Ground.
Just in case you can't get out to exercise this week, or need more inspiration, then please click on the below link to follow Rachel Nixon leading you through her last virtual training session which was recorded on Monday 29th March. Be ready with your mat, a water bottle, some weights (e.g. filled water bottles or tins will be fine) and a resistance band if you have one. A chair would also be handy.
