Thanks for finding our website, it is great you wish to join our free community club.
Please find attached a Welcome Pack which explains our mission, our base and what free services we are offering. We are hosting three different training sessions every week, each starting on the following days/times.
Please also find attached a Medical Declaration Questionnaire and a Contact Form which must be filled in and returned to us before you can be a member of the club. The fastest way is to email these forms back to us via [email protected]. Alternatively you can hand them to one of our coaches before the start of your first training session. In either case, a coach will need to assess your Medical Declaration Questionnaire before you start training with us. Please seek the coach's advice and discuss how best to achieve your goals.
All training sessions will start and finish on the MUGA, at the Mill Lane Recreation Ground RH8 9DF. The MUGA is the training area situation between the Pavilion and the Tennis Courts. Please remember to bring appropriate footwear and clothing, as well as a water bottle. During the Monday evening sessions in winter we will use the park's floodlights, as well as guide lights around the trim trial. However you may also wish to also bring a small torch.
